Behind DS Creative
Hi, I’m Davis
I’m the creative behind DS Creative, and the person you’ll work with from the first conversation to the finished work. I have a bachelor’s degree in business & marketing, along with years of experience in photography, social media, content creation & visual storytelling. I’ve always loved both the creative and strategic sides of this work, and DS Creative grew from wanting to bring the two together: creating work that catches your eye, with the strategy and purpose to make it matter for the business behind it.
My work has taken me across real estate, interior design, hospitality, restaurants, beauty & wellness, lifestyle brands and other creative businesses. That range has given me the chance to understand very different businesses, audiences & goals, and taught me that the strongest creative work doesn’t start with a trend or a template. It starts with understanding the business behind the creative, the people you want to reach & what you’re ultimately working toward.
What I love most about this work is getting to know the businesses I work with and the people behind them. Understanding what you’re building, where you need support & what you want to accomplish gives everything we create a clearer purpose. The work is never meant to simply look good or exist for the sake of creating it. It’s made to serve your business, with your goals at the center of it. Those goals become ones I’m invested in, and the work becomes part of how we get there.

Where are you based?
DS Creative is based in Central Virginia, serving businesses throughout Charlottesville, Richmond, Lynchburg & the surrounding areas.
Do you work with businesses outside of Central Virginia?
Absolutely. While I love working with businesses close to home, many of my services can be offered remotely. If you’re outside of Central Virginia and feel like we’d be a good fit, I’d still love to hear from you.
What kinds of businesses do you work with?
I’ve worked across real estate, interior design, hospitality, restaurants, beauty & wellness, lifestyle brands and other creative businesses, but I’m not limited to a particular industry. More than anything, I love working with businesses that care about what they’ve built and want the way they show up to reflect that.
Can we combine services?
Absolutely. Each service can stand on its own, but they’re also designed to work beautifully together. We can combine social media management, photography, branding & content creation to create an approach that makes the most sense for your business and what you need.
Do you work with businesses at every stage?
Yes. I work with established businesses looking to strengthen or refine their presence, as well as newer businesses building their foundation from the beginning. Where you are matters less than having a clear vision for where you want to go, and being ready to invest in getting there.
